The teams are Australia (AU), Canada (CA), Nigeria (NG), New Zealand (NZ), Thailand (TH), United Kingdom (UK) plus three other teams called International A (IA), International B (IB) and Causeway (CW). The Causeway team comprises players from Singapore and Malaysia. The average international rating of each team is shown in this table.
